Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. We do not process or ship orders on weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time & Delivery

Standard international shipping delivery time takes 7–15 business days, depending on destination country, logistics conditions, and customs clearance. Remote areas may require 15–25 business days for delivery. All delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on item weight, size, and destination. We offer free shipping for orders that meet our minimum order amount requirement.

Shipping Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the logistics system.

International Customs & Duties

All international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and inspection fees charged by the destination country. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility. We do not cover customs duties, taxes, or return fees caused by customs rejection.

Undeliverable & Returned Packages

If the package is returned due to incorrect address, recipient refusal, unclaimed parcel, or customs clearance failure, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees and reshipping fees.

Shipping Delay

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by force majeure events, including weather disasters, airline suspension, customs inspection delay, or carrier logistics delays.

Damaged or Lost Package

If your package is lost or severely damaged during transit, please contact our customer support within 48 hours after delivery. We will assist you with investigation and compensation according to logistics rules.
